All Ages Sunday School

Sunday mornings 9:15 am—10:15 am

Episcopal Curriculum

Nursery—Pre-School;

Kindergarten through 2nd Grade;

3rd Grade through 5th Grade

Children learn scriptures and messages through age-appropriate, multidisciplinary styles including action, music, and art. The curriculum follows the church calendar and coincides with the lessons learned during the worship service.

Lectionary Based Curriculum

Middle & High School

Middle and High School students are able to engage in open discussion about the lessons and readings and how they apply to their daily lives. They learn how to use them to help guide them through such topics as peer pressure, school and family issues, and decision making.

St. Jude’s offers many Mult-Generational Activities throughout the year including a 3 week Advent project, Lenten activities, St. Jude’s Annual Family Canoe Trip, Relay for Life, “By The Bayou” Art Festival, Annual Parish Family Picnic, and various other activities designed to bring youth a deeper respect for adults, adults a better understanding of youth, and to bring all generations of our church together as family.

St. Jude’s Nursery

Nursery services are available for children ages 6 weeks and up during

Wednesday evening programs from 6:00 pm—7:00 pm and

Sunday mornings during both services.

All St. Jude’s staff and volunteers who work with children submit to background checks and are required to attend abuse prevention training on a annual basis.
